  • Wipe with a clean, non-abrasive, damp white or colorfast cloth. Avoid over-wetting.
  • Blot spills immediately—especially from drinks, oils, or lotions. Dab gently and work from the outside in.
  • Never use soap, saddle soap, oils, detergents, solvents, spray cleaners, or abrasive products.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and maintain a distance of at least 8-12 inches from heat sources.
  • Do not dry leather with a hair dryer or in direct sunlight.

Shipping & Processing

Heavy Item Returns

For products over 50 lbs, returns are only accepted if your delivery was completed using our white-glove delivery service. This ensures safe handling and proper transportation of heavy items. Standard return shipping is not available for these items.

Order Processing Times

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 7am PST are typically processed the same business day.
  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 7am PST will be processed the following business day.
  • Busy Periods: Please note that during sale events or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased volume.

All orders are packed and shipped with care from our studio in Burnaby, BC—always with love.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At UR Home, we want you to love your furniture. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

General Conditions

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and hardware included.
  • Assembly & Usage: Products that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return. Please ensure the product meets your needs before assembly.
  • Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

White-Glove Delivery

  • Non-Refundable: Any fees paid for white-glove delivery are non-refundable.
  • Heavy Item Returns: For items over 50 lbs, returns are only accepted if delivered with our white-glove service to ensure safe handling and transportation. Standard return shipping is not available for these items.

Fees & Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Exchanges are exempt from this fee, though new shipping costs may apply.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can assist in arranging pickup.

Exchanges

  • How It Works: The original item must be returned, and a new order placed for the exchange.
  • Value Requirement: The new item must be of equal or greater value than the original.
  • Shipping: Return shipping fees apply. New shipping charges for the replacement may also apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products that have been used or assembled
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Mattresses, bedding, or personal-use items (due to hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your items at the time of delivery.
  • Report Timeline: Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours by contacting our support team with photos.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to provide a timely replacement or repair.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
