UR Home and its partners warrant the frames used in leather products (as indicated on the product page) to carry a lifetime (25 years) pro-rated* warranty against defects in materials.

Suspension ~ Lifetime Limited Warranty

UR Home and its partners warrant that the suspension used in leather products will carry a lifetime (25 years) pro-rated* warranty against defects in materials.

Foam ~ 1 Year Limited Warranty

The foam used in UR Home and its partners' leather seat and back cushions carries a one (1) year warranty against excessive loss of resiliency. Note that all foam will soften initially—this is considered normal. The softening or flattening of the fibre and foam due to normal use and aging is not covered and shall not be considered a defect.

Exposed Wood ~ 1 Year Limited Warranty

Exposed wood parts carry a one (1) year limited warranty against material defects.

Leather and Stitching ~ 1 Year Limited Warranty

UR Home and its partners warrant that the leather used in upholstered leather products is 100% genuine bovine leather and is free from tearing and splitting under normal use for one (1) year from the purchase date. Stitching is also warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the same one (1) year period.

Mechanisms ~ 1 Year Limited Warranty

All mechanisms carry a one (1) year limited warranty against material defects.

Leather

What to Know: Our natural leather is among the softest and most luxurious materials available. Each hide is unique, with natural variations in grain, tone, and markings like healed scars and wrinkles—these aren’t flaws, but the hallmarks of quality.

Care Tips:

  • Dust and vacuum with a soft brush attachment every 3 months to remove surface dirt.
  • Wipe with a clean, non-abrasive, damp white or colorfast cloth. Avoid over-wetting.
  • Blot spills immediately—especially from drinks, oils, or lotions. Dab gently and work from the outside in.
  • Never use soap, saddle soap, oils, detergents, solvents, spray cleaners, or abrasive products.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and maintain a distance of at least 8-12 inches from heat sources.
  • Do not dry leather with a hair dryer or in direct sunlight.
  • Natural aniline leathers absorb spills quickly. These finishes need extra attention and should be cared for more delicately.

Fabric

What to Know: Our upholstery fabrics are thoughtfully selected for comfort, color, and resilience. With simple maintenance, they stay soft and inviting.

Care Tips:

  • Vacuum regularly using an upholstery attachment to keep dust and dirt from settling.
  • Rotate and flip cushions periodically to distribute wear evenly.
  • Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
  • Use mild fabric cleaners or a diluted soap solution for spot cleaning. Always test on a hidden area first.

Solid Wood

Shipping & Processing

Heavy Item Returns

For products over 50 lbs, returns are only accepted if your delivery was completed using our white-glove delivery service. This ensures safe handling and proper transportation of heavy items. Standard return shipping is not available for these items.

Order Processing Times

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 7am PST are typically processed the same business day.
  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 7am PST will be processed the following business day.
  • Busy Periods: Please note that during sale events or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased volume.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchange Policy

At UR Home, we want you to love your furniture. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

General Conditions

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and hardware included.
  • Assembly & Usage: Products that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return. Please ensure the product meets your needs before assembly.
  • Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

White-Glove Delivery

  • Non-Refundable: Any fees paid for white-glove delivery are non-refundable.
  • Heavy Item Returns: For items over 50 lbs, returns are only accepted if delivered with our white-glove service to ensure safe handling and transportation. Standard return shipping is not available for these items.

Fees & Shipping

  • Restocking/Return Fee: Customers have the option to receive a store credit for the full amount (excluding shipping costs) or have the option for a refund which will be subject to a 15% restocking fee that applies to all returns for refund. Exchanges are exempt from this fee, though new shipping costs may apply.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can assist in arranging pickup.

Exchanges

  • How It Works: The original item must be returned, and a new order placed for the exchange.
  • Value Requirement: The new item must be of equal or greater value than the original.
  • Shipping: Return shipping fees apply. New shipping charges for the replacement may also apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products that have been used or assembled
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Mattresses, bedding, or personal-use items (due to hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your items at the time of delivery.
  • Report Timeline: Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours by contacting our support team with photos.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to provide a timely replacement or repair.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
